We don't currently have a shop front, so if you're interested in purchasing please get in touch via email or our about us page, let us know what you're interested in, and we're get back to you with more details / photos, work out a price, delivery, ect.

We prefer payment through PayPal, we're happy to look at other forms of payment if needed.

Anybody purchasing from us must be over 18. Only designs that have been UK/CA tested should be bought for children.

Prices on the website include shipping within the UK. We use 2nd class shipping with Royal Mail, except for larger / expensive products which will be sent tracked. If you are interested in faster delivery or a different courier then please let us know.

Therefore, if you are able to pick up in person, or order multiple things are once, you can get a discount.

We are a UK based small business - with this in mind shipping overseas will be expensive.

Regarding commissions / made to order products, we usually ask for a up to a month to make the product. We will usually make it sooner if we are able, and if you have any time restraints let us know. (We may ask for a rush fee depending on the complexity of the pattern and the timeframe).

Commissions over £20 will require half the price deposit up-front, to compensate for any materials and time spent should the deal fall through.

We do not offer returns/refunds for products without a valid reason, such as damage or incorrect item.

We reserve the right to decline service with anyone.
